Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in SEO and Digital to drive the strategic development of the company and its project portfolio. This role involves comprehensive management of P&L, budgets, and unit economics, alongside building an effective organizational structure and implementing innovations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the company's and project portfolio's growth strategy
• Manage P&L, budgets, and unit economics effectively
• Build and optimize organizational structure, processes, KPI/OKR frameworks
• Lead department heads and teams
• Implement AI and automation technologies into business processes
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in SEO with proven successful cases
• Significant experience managing a company or a large business unit
• Experience in P&L management and leading large teams
• Willingness to work in Kazakhstan
