Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to build the technical department from scratch. This role involves forming and managing a development team, defining the technology stack and project architecture, and overseeing development quality and timelines. You will be responsible for designing and evolving web products, organizing website and web service development, and controlling the technical infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to independently identify necessary specialists for a project and form a team
• Deep understanding of web development and web application architecture
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development
• Experience with modern web technology stacks
• Understanding of server infrastructure, databases, APIs, DNS, hosting, and deployment
