Role Overview
We are seeking results-driven operators for our team in the interactive entertainment sector. Your primary goal will be to convert cold leads into active users through outbound phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls using a provided database, focusing on achieving results. • Capture client attention within the first 15-30 seconds of conversation and identify their needs. • Effectively utilize proven scripts while demonstrating skillful improvisation. • Handle objections, converting 'not interested' or 'I lost' into successful deposits. • Present company bonuses and position yourself as an expert assistant.
Requirements & Qualifications
• You do not give up after initial rejections and use them as fuel to continue the dialogue. • You can take the initiative in conversations, for example, when asked 'how did you get my number,' and offer bonuses. • You possess active listening skills, quickly gauge client emotions, and accurately identify their needs. • You are motivated to maintain a high call volume throughout the day to maximize your bonus, rather than just completing a shift. • Experience in sales or the interactive entertainment industry is a significant plus, but we are ready to train talented and fast-learning candidates.
