Role Overview
We are seeking experienced specialists for processing incoming traffic and client management for our financial product platform. Your role will involve guiding clients to their first deposit, handling objections, retaining and developing the client base, and ensuring repeat deposits. This is a remote position with multi-GEO coverage, focusing on English-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Processing incoming traffic
• Guiding clients to their first deposit

• Achieving KPI targets for First Deposit (FD) and Re-Deposit (RD)

Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working with financial platforms for 1+ year (mandatory)
• Understanding of the financial vertical's specifics
• High speed in processing dialogues
• Responsibility and discipline
