Seeking a Client Success Manager to develop relationships with partners in the A2P messaging and interactive entertainment sectors. The primary focus is on client support, fostering their business growth, and cultivating long-term partnerships.

• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in Client Success or Account Management
• Mandatory experience with A2P Messaging or Telecom
• Understanding of the interactive entertainment or sports analytics industry is a plus
• Skills in upsell, cross-sell, and full client lifecycle management (A-Z)
• Strong communication skills
• English language proficiency at C1 level, Russian language knowledge is desirable
• Experience with CRM systems and analytics is a plus
