Role Overview
We are looking for a client acquisition manager to work with the Romanian market. Responsibilities include making cold calls to warm and hot leads, attracting new clients, supporting them through all stages of cooperation, collecting feedback and analyzing key performance indicators (conversion, LTV, retention), and preparing reports.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in cold sales with good conversion rates
• Native Romanian language for client communication
• Russian or English language for team communication
