Role Overview
Seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), considering Senior/Team Lead Buying specialists for promotion, to scale a digital entertainment brand across 17 countries in Asia. This role involves strategic development and management of marketing campaigns in key Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop strategy and manage traffic acquisition (Facebook, Google, InApp, Tier-3 markets)
• Lead and manage a media buying team (10+ people)
• Conduct analytics: conversions (FTD), LTV, ROI (30-90 days)
• Initial phase: 70% hands-on execution, 30% management
Requirements & Qualifications
• 4-5+ years of experience in performance marketing / interactive entertainment (products or affiliate programs)
• Experience working with Asia, LATAM, or Africa markets
