Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader for our user acquisition department, focusing on attracting paying audiences. Your mission will be to integrate existing channels, build a robust growth system, and establish a predictable flow of new users through our proprietary infrastructure. This role is ideal for a professional who thinks in terms of channel economics, audience quality, and scalable outcomes, rather than just reach and views.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of audience acquisition and develop existing channels, including Reddit, X, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.• Analyze the effectiveness of each direction and make strategic decisions regarding scaling, restructuring, or discontinuing efforts.• Build and implement an acquisition system focused on sustainable growth and economic efficiency.• Launch new channels and regularly test marketing hypotheses.• Develop and enhance end-to-end analytics for the entire funnel: from reach to target actions.• Monitor the quality of acquired audience and key business metrics.• Manage the unit economics of various directions, including acquisition cost, ROI, and overall channel effectiveness.• Lead internal teams and external contractors within the department.• Set tasks for the content team, marketers, analysts, and other related functions.• Develop scaling processes and implement modern automation tools.• Establish regulations, processes, and create a reproducible user acquisition system.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Over 4 years of experience in marketing management and audience acquisition.• Proven track record of successful channel growth with positive economic outcomes.• Experience working simultaneously with multiple traffic sources.• Strong understanding of analytics, funnels, unit economics, and performance evaluation.• Experience in building attribution systems and working with data.• Understanding of short-form content mechanics and its impact on conversion.• Experience in launching hypotheses and scaling successful solutions.• Ability to manage teams and contractors through goals and metrics.• Systemic thinking and a high degree of autonomy.• A plus: experience with subscription products or in the creator economy.• A plus: experience in scaling marketing initiatives.• A plus: proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate processes.• A plus: experience in building teams and functions from scratch.
