Role Overview
Seeking an experienced CMO to develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies, build and grow a media buying team, and optimize key performance indicators within a large digital entertainment project. This role involves both strategic planning and active participation in operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement traffic acquisition (acquisition) strategies with a focus on Facebook Target and Google, as well as other relevant sources.
• Form and develop a media buying and performance marketing team (10+ people), including recruitment and training of employees.
• Interact with regional teams, assisting in building effective media buying processes.
• Analyze and optimize metrics: unique deposits, LTV, ROI (30-90 days), traffic quality.
• Manage and control advertising campaigns, independently working with traffic acquisition tools.
• Possess a basic understanding of retention marketing (a retention expert will be hired separately).
• Collaborate with SMM, SEO, layout, financial control, and bonus departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 4-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, primarily in product companies or large affiliate networks within the digital entertainment industry.
• Practical experience in independent traffic acquisition through Facebook, Google, InApp, with knowledge of Asian and Tier-3 market specifics (experience with Latin America or Africa is also welcome).
• Successful cases in traffic acquisition, confirmed by KPIs: unique deposits, LTV, ROI.
• Experience in building and managing teams is a plus.
• Strong hard skills, self-reliance, ability to work hands-on (initially — 70% independent work, 30% management).
• Ability to train and integrate into a team.
