Role Overview
Develop and implement a growth strategy for Telegram (SMM + Community), focusing on community scaling and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Influence user retention through engagement initiatives, traffic acquisition, and strategic collaborations. • Develop content strategies, manage copywriting, and create design specifications. • Launch promotional mechanics and events, monitoring key performance indicators such as ER, DAU/WAU, and LTV.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in the digital entertainment industry and successful case studies working with Telegram are mandatory. • Strong understanding of Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and key metrics, experience with crypto audiences, and working in international markets. • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
