An international social gaming project is seeking a Compliance Officer/Manager to establish the compliance function from the ground up. This role involves building and managing all aspects of compliance within a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing policies, risk management, and monitoring US regulatory requirements
• Overseeing marketing, product, payments, and liaising with banks
• Preparing the company for audits
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance (digital entertainment / FinTech / payment systems)
• Mandatory in-depth knowledge of the US market
• Experience in building processes from scratch
