Role Overview
The team is looking for a content creator who can independently manage the full cycle of video production: from idea and script to shooting, editing, and analytics. The primary focus is on short-form and YouTube content within the lifestyle, sports, and digital entertainment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Shoot and edit horizontal and vertical videos;• Release a minimum of 1 horizontal and 4 vertical videos per week;• Collaborate with the brand ambassador and project mascot;• Organize studio shoots once a week;• Generate scripts and content plans based on current trends;• Create content in sport, humor, and infotainment formats;• Utilize AI tools to accelerate production and video generation;• Adapt content for YouTube, TikTok, and Telegram platforms;• Analyze performance metrics and propose content improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in video shooting and editing;• Experience working within digital, media, or production teams;• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound;• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut;• Knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, and Reels algorithms;• Skill in creating AI-generated videos and working with AI tools;• High level of independence and ability to work without micromanagement;• Keen eye for trends in short-form content;• A strong interest in sports is a significant advantage.
