Role Overview
We are seeking an independent specialist who can automate the entire content production process, from initial ideas and text creation to visual development and publishing. We need an expert capable of building efficient AI-driven workflows. For instance, creating visual grids for social media using tools like Claude and Higgsfield, developing templates, and quickly adapting design and text content to the specific context of each post.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing and regularly populating Telegram channels and other digital platforms. • Preparing English texts using Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools. • Creating visuals, covers, banners, and short video clips. • Developing templates and automating copywriting and design processes. • Compiling content plans, identifying relevant news hooks, and publishing materials. • Final review of texts, visuals, links, and formatting.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proficient command of AI tools for text, image, and video creation. • Good proficiency in Photoshop and/or Figma. • Ability to create visually cohesive content and scale it using templates. • Understanding of blockchain and Web3 context. • Independence, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines. • Content is managed in English. Fluent English is not mandatory — AI tools can be utilized. A B1–B2 level will be an advantage.
