Role Overview
MTS Bank is looking for a Content Editor / UX Writer to work with fintech and IT products for private and corporate clients. The role offers full-time employment, remote or hybrid work format, involvement with major fintech products, and participation in the development of editorial processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Interact with department heads, analysts, developers, designers, and marketers;• Improve editorial processes: checklists, guides, editorial policy;• Work with banking products and services;• Write and edit texts for websites, banners, push notifications, stories, newsletters, and interfaces;• Set technical specifications for designers and handle basic content layout.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships;• Experience in organizing processes and coordinating a team;• Ability to deeply understand non-standard tasks;• Skill in managing expectations and prioritization;• Ability to argue decisions and work with metrics.A plus would be:• Experience in fintech or an agency;• Experience in creative copywriting, developing advertising concepts, and product positioning.
