Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead the development and growth of Telegram channels targeting the Latin American audience. This role involves creating content plans, crafting engaging texts, and adapting materials to the cultural specifics of the region, alongside working with automation tools and analytics to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing and developing Telegram channels for the Latin American audience• Creating content plans and regularly populating channels• Writing engaging, nurturing, and sales-oriented texts• Adapting content to the specific characteristics of the LATAM audience• Working with bots: autoposting, push notifications, basic settings• Analyzing metrics and improving content based on results• Visual branding of channels and quality control of materials
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working with Telegram channels in performance marketing• Mandatory experience working with LATAM geo• Understanding the mechanics of audience acquisition and retention• Ability to write texts that elicit reaction and engagement• Knowledge of visual branding (Figma / Photoshop – basic level)• Using neural networks to optimize processes• Independence, attentiveness, and results-orientation
