Role Overview
This role involves developing and implementing corporate culture initiatives, organizing events, managing internal communications, and supporting employee well-being within the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and organize corporate events: team-building activities, office and sports events, corporate parties — from concept to execution and team feedback.
• Prepare scenarios, timelines, budgets, and manage project finances.
• Work with contractors, select the best vendors, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees, provide support, and identify potential risks.
• Analyze eNPS, 360, and other feedback, transforming data into actionable insights for management.
• Manage internal communication channels: news, announcements, visual content to maintain a vibrant and clear information flow for the team.
• Oversee calendars, greetings, holidays, and participate in merchandise creation — contributing to the overall atmosphere through attention to detail.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in event organization and budget management.
• Practical experience in conducting 1:1 meetings and supporting employees during their adaptation period.
• Skills in analyzing eNPS, 360, and other forms of qualitative feedback.
• Experience in managing internal communications and preparing textual/visual materials.
• Proficiency with graphic editors is a significant plus.
• Energetic, proactive, independent, structured, able to stay informed and deliver results.
• Fluent in Russian and conversational English.
