Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Country Manager / Growth Leader to launch and scale a brand across Latin American countries. This role involves achieving key business metrics, developing local payment infrastructure, and adapting the product to regional specifics.
Key Responsibilities
• Launching the brand in Latin American countries and achieving key business metrics• Developing local payment infrastructure (PSPs, banks, alternative payment methods)• Scaling performance, affiliate, and partner acquisition channels• Adapting the product to local demand, user behavior, and regulatory requirements• Building processes and forming a local team as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in launching, developing, or scaling international markets• Experience in interactive entertainment, fintech, payments, or other fast-growing digital products• Understanding of the LATAM payment ecosystem is a plus• Strong product and growth expertise
