Role Overview

This role involves driving business growth and scaling operations within Turkey, taking full ownership of performance across various critical areas including operations, payments, partnerships, and marketing. Key responsibilities include coordinating the team, managing daily operational activities, optimizing payment solutions, diligently tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and effectively executing the regional business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market analysis and optimize business processes• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies• Launch and continuously monitor payment channels• Build and foster strong partnerships

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management• At least 2 years of experience in a similar country or regional management role• English language proficiency at B1+ level• Russian language proficiency at B2+ level• Turkish language skills are a strong advantage
