Role Overview
An international group of companies, operating at the intersection of IT development, affiliate marketing, payment solutions, and product platforms, is launching a new direction and a new geographical presence. Within this initiative, the product and the entire product function will be built from scratch. This strategic CPO / Head of Product level role involves direct impact on business results and scaling the direction in the international market.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing a product strategy from scratch
• Launching the product in a new geographical region
• Building and managing a strong product team
• Leading cross-functional teams (development, marketing, analytics)
• Hiring key specialists and developing the product function
• Prioritizing the backlog, managing the product roadmap, controlling deadlines and quality
• Establishing effective internal processes and inter-departmental collaboration
• Monitoring the technical stability of the product (monitoring, alerting, fault tolerance)
• Defining and controlling product KPIs
• Analyzing user behavior and improving customer experience
• Regular reporting and presenting strategy to top management
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a CPO / Head of Product in interactive entertainment, affiliate marketing, or high-load digital projects
• Proven experience launching products from scratch
• Strong leadership competencies and team-building experience
• Deep understanding of UX, product analytics, and user scenarios
• Experience managing a cross-functional product delivery model
• Understanding of product metrics: CLTV, retention, NPS, unit economics
• Experience in product budgeting and financial planning
• Systemic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability
• Fluent English
