Key Responsibilities
• Launching various communication campaigns (SMS/Push/Telegram/WhatsApp) for target audiences
• Developing and implementing trigger-based sequences for user retention and reactivation
• Analyzing CRM metrics and segmenting the user database for personalized campaigns
• Conducting A/B tests and creating effective loyalty programs
• Configuring user interaction scenarios aligned with the sales funnel and key events
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the interactive entertainment industry for 1.5+ years
• Deep understanding of the mechanics of large digital gaming platforms
• Practical experience with systems like Customer.io, Braze, FastTrack, or similar platforms
• A data-driven approach with a strong focus on user retention metrics
