Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute CRM strategies and player segmentation (RFM).
• Manage Email, Push, SMS & Onsite campaigns.
• Launch event-driven promotions and reactivation campaigns.
• Optimize CRM performance through A/B testing and analytics.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years in CRM/Retention.
• Mandatory sports entertainment experience.
