Role Overview
A LATAM-focused project is seeking a CRM Retention Team Lead to develop the retention strategy and increase player Lifetime Value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities
• Manage CRM strategy and team development• Optimize communication flows (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp) and work with customer segments• Launch welcome, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns to increase LTV, ARPPU, NGR, and redeposit rates• Conduct analytics, A/B tests, and develop hypotheses
Requirements & Qualifications
• Hands-on leader with 2+ years of experience in CRM Retention• Strong understanding of metrics, segmentation, and bonus mechanics, along with management experience• Knowledge of the LATAM market and Spanish language is a plus
