Role Overview
Seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to manage data, automate processes, and support CRM systems within a dynamic interactive entertainment company. This role involves ensuring data quality, building reports, and assisting with integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage CRM data quality, including audits, imports, exports, and migrations.• Develop and implement workflows, automations, routing rules, and sales pipelines.• Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.• Provide support for CRM integrations and handle day-to-day system administration tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in CRM administration (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).• Proven experience with workflows, automations, sales pipelines, and reporting.• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.• Proficiency in Russian and English at B2+ level.
