Role Overview

This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and support retention initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls using pre-defined scripts and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for sending emails, SMS, and messages to users, managing the existing customer database, and analyzing customer activity. Additionally, you will assist in testing new communication methods, promotions, and special offers.

Requirements & Qualifications
