Role Overview
We are looking for a Deliverability Manager to control the quality and ensure high deliverability of email communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Launching and warming up email accounts, monitoring domain and mailing reputation
• Setting up and working with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, SMTP, and bounce/FBL
• Analyzing spam filters, testing templates, and supporting proprietary SMTP servers
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in interactive entertainment / customer retention from 1 year
• Deep understanding of technical protocols for email deliverability
