Key Responsibilities

• Conducting initial screenings and subsequent interviews with hiring managers
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Providing regular recruitment process reports
• Continuously seeking and implementing new tools and channels for candidate attraction
• Developing detailed candidate profiles
• Regular market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience as a recruiter or HR specialist in the digital entertainment industry
• Proven track record of successfully hiring media buying specialists
• Strong understanding of performance marketing infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to accurately assess both soft and hard skills
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn candidate search
• Experience recruiting candidates via Telegram, social media, and unconventional channels
• High autonomy in task execution and excellent time-management skills
• Result-oriented mindset and high level of motivation
