Role Overview

This role involves designing, developing, and managing e-learning courses and corporate training programs. The specialist will work with various authoring tools and LMS platforms to create engaging and effective educational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and assemble courses, modules, tests, and practical exercises using Rise, iSpring, Storyline. • Publish and configure materials in Moodle: set conditions, learning paths, reporting, and analytics. • Develop adaptation programs, certification processes, and training sessions. • Administer LMS: manage access, assignments, and requests. • Update knowledge base and educational materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-learning or corporate training, with full-cycle development experience. • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles: structure, scenarios, assignments, tests, and evaluation. • Ability to work with text, visuals, audio, and video, with basic visual design skills. • Capability to transform regulations, instructions, and scripts into educational content. • Experience interacting with subject matter experts. • Proficiency in Rise, iSpring, Storyline. • Experience with Moodle is a plus.
