Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Manager to oversee and optimize our email infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring, configuring, and improving deliverability metrics, ensuring effective communication with our audience in the digital entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor email deliverability: domain/IP reputation, inbox/spam placement, bounce rates, complaint rates
• Initiate and manage domain/IP warm-up processes using services and manual methods
• Configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, SMTP, bounce processing, FBL
• Test email templates, links, content, and technical headers
• Interact with postmasters and analyze blocking issues
