Role Overview
We are looking for FD / RD Managers for our in-house digital entertainment product. We provide our own product, traffic, and offers. We offer CRM, scripts, training, and a steady flow of leads. We expect discipline and a strong desire to earn. The role involves only written communication, no calls.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales through text correspondence• Working with CRM• Closing leads and managing cash flow (for RD)
Requirements & Qualifications
• Age 23+• 1+ year of sales experience• Proficient in CRM (Chatterfy is a plus)• Ability to effectively sell through text, using both scripts and natural communication• Experience working with Tier 2–3 geos is a significant advantage• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus• Female candidates are preferred
