Role Overview
Join our ComboTech team as a Finance Manager/Accountant. We offer a fully remote work format with a flexible schedule, 18 working days of vacation, 5 sick days, 2 days off, as well as holiday bonuses, corporate events, and an individual development budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Payroll calculation
• Reconciliations with gaming providers
• Reconciliations with payment systems
• Reconciliations with partners/affiliates
• Reconciliations of account and wallet balances
• Recording all transactions in 1C
• Salary calculation and payment
• Preparation of necessary reports for management
• Maintaining financial records in an up-to-date and accurate manner
• Automation of reports and routine processes
• Interaction with other departments
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as an accountant or financial specialist in interactive entertainment, fintech, or affiliate projects — 2+ years
• Deep understanding of online business specifics: transactionality, offshore operations, affiliate programs, multi-currency environments
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (including pivot tables, formulas; VBA or AppScript is a plus)
• 1C knowledge is desirable
• Experience in automating accounting and reporting
• Attentiveness, systematic approach, readiness for manual verification and reconciliations
• Responsibility and adherence to deadlines
