Role Overview
Winline is seeking a Financial Analyst responsible for controlling bonus budgets, analyzing expenditure effectiveness, and supporting financial reporting. This role is ideal for a specialist with strong analytical skills and proficient SQL knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Control the execution of bonus budgets
• Classify expenses and maintain up-to-date reporting
• Analyze what funds were spent on and when
• Evaluate expenditure effectiveness and prepare conclusions based on analysis results
• Research funnels and conversions, identify growth points
• Detect anomalies and inefficient spending
• Coordinate budgets and expenses with other departments
• Work with large datasets and financial indicators
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Possess a specialized financial education or experience in the financial sector
• Work with large volumes of data and financial reporting
• Analyze expenses and evaluate their appropriateness
• Formulate conclusions and recommendations based on data
• Have Middle-level experience in analytics or finance
Nice to have:
• Experience working in Big Four companies
• Experience in financial analysis within fintech, sports analytics, or digital business
• Skills in building reports and budget models
