Role Overview
We are an international digital entertainment ecosystem actively expanding in CIS, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, and other markets. We develop high-load products using our proprietary technology stack and are looking for a detail-oriented specialist to help maintain transparent financial processes and ensure efficient cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage crypto and fiat wallets, maintain transaction records;• Maintain and update the wallet directory;• Monitor suspended balances and investigate discrepancies;• Prepare cash flow statements twice a month;• Forecast and plan cash flow;• Conduct reconciliations with merchants, traders, and based on Grafana data;• Calculate profitability across various business lines;• Manage PnL for the holding company across multiple projects;• Control accounts receivable and corporate payments.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience with cash flow statements (DDS), PnL, and financial reconciliations;• Understanding of the financial transaction lifecycle;• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (financial models, pivot tables, large datasets);• Experience with BI tools (Grafana is a plus);• Understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrencies;• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.Nice to have:• Experience in digital entertainment, financial technology, crypto industry, trading desk, or treasury;• Experience with financial dashboards and analytics;• Practical experience with cryptocurrency operations.
