Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to be responsible for strategic financial planning, effective budgeting, automation of reporting processes, and the overall development of the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports at the project level. • Develop, monitor, and adjust budgets. • Analyze planned and actual performance indicators, preparing recommendations for cost optimization. • Control cash expenditures and payment requests. • Ensure timely payment of taxes and mandatory fees. • Participate in the automation of financial reporting and processes. • Classify and reconcile bank transactions in the accounting system. • Develop financial models and participate in business planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a Financial Manager for 3+ years. • Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. • Experience with the 1C system. • English language proficiency — B2–C1 (for participation in work meetings and communication). • Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Analytical mindset and ability to work with complex financial tasks.
