Role Overview

The team is looking for an experienced Financial Manager / FP&A Manager to take on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics for a digital entertainment project. This role is suitable for a specialist who can work with large volumes of data, identify financial risks and growth opportunities, and help the business make data-driven decisions. Additionally, responsibilities will include payment approval, bonus verification, traffic acquisition partner payments, and payment expense optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets;• Develop and update financial forecasts and business plans;• Analyze actual vs. plan and prepare comments on deviations;• Consolidate weekly budget updates;• Prepare management reports and analytical materials for leadership;• Analyze company financial performance and key business metrics;• Control expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets;• Conduct profitability analysis by products, projects, departments, and business units;• Build and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making;• Perform scenario analysis and evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives;• Collect, verify, and consolidate financial data from various sources;• Identify financial risks, deviations, and areas requiring management attention;• Work with department heads as a financial business partner;• Improve and automate financial planning and reporting processes;• Verify and approve payment requests in internal systems;• Validate payouts to traffic acquisition partners;• Calculate incentive payouts for VIP and traffic acquisition teams;• Verify bonus calculations for other departments as needed;• Analyze and optimize payment infrastructure costs;• Participate in improving payment routing and cascading strategies;• Prepare reports on payment provider effectiveness and related costs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, or a similar financial role for 3+ years;• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field;• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting;• Advanced financial modeling skills;• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets;• Ability to work with large volumes of data and meticulously check details;• Strong analytical skills and ability to find cause-and-effect relationships in figures;• Understanding of cost control, profitability analysis, and financial KPIs;• Ability to clearly present financial conclusions for business;• Good communication skills and experience working with stakeholders;• Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic environment;• English language at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.Nice to have:• Experience in digital entertainment, fintech, or digital sphere;• Understanding of partner marketing models and performance-based payouts;• Experience working with payment service providers and payment analytics;• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and/or SQL;• Experience in automating financial processes and implementing financial systems.
