Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Game Mathematician to join our interactive entertainment team. This is a hands-on role, without people management responsibilities, focused on the mathematical modeling of games, primarily for digital slot machines.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and configure mathematical models for games.
• Balance key game parameters: RTP, volatility, hit rate, feature frequency, and max win.
• Create simulations and prototypes of game mechanics.
• Prepare mathematical documentation, including PAR sheets and probability tables.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams during implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a Game Mathematician in the interactive entertainment industry.
• Mandatory specialized experience with digital slot machines.
• Russian language proficiency is required.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher (working level is sufficient).
• Ability to write scripts and create prototypes; production-ready code writing is not required.
