Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Game Mathematician and Economy Designer to work on fast games, instant win, and RNG-based titles. In this role, you will be responsible for designing mathematical models, conducting simulations, and ensuring fair and engaging gameplay experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Design mathematical models (RTP, house edge, volatility)• Calculate mathematical expectation, distributions, tails• Balance payout frequency/size and engagement• Conduct mass simulations (10⁶–10⁷)• Design RNGs without exploitable patterns• Prevent abuse (betting strategies, grids, bots)• Explain mathematics to product and backend teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• Strong foundation in probability theory, mathematical expectation, and variance• Proven experience in the interactive entertainment industry, fast games, or sports analytics• Deep understanding of RTP versus volatility and project financial risks• Experience with large-scale simulations using Python, R, or Matlab• Background in F2P game economies and anti-fraud/anti-abuse systems
