Role Overview
Seeking a Gamification Designer with experience in high-engagement products to create interactive game mechanics for a financial project.
Key Responsibilities
• Designing tournaments, leagues, leaderboards, reward systems, and Retention/Live-ops
• Adapting engagement mechanics from digital entertainment to Fintech
• Balancing game economy, working with analytics and metrics
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in gamification (digital entertainment, social games)
• Understanding of Retention, Engagement, loyalty systems, and VIP programs
• Experience in Fintech/Trading, knowledge of SQL, Amplitude, or Tableau is a plus
