• Handle incoming and returned leads from a pre-existing database• Call clients to present product benefits and new features• Work with a clear and straightforward script• Manage objections (comprehensive training provided)• Maintain client notes and updates within the system• Remain highly result-oriented
Requirements & Qualifications
• Fluent German and English language skills (B2+ level)• Additional language proficiency is considered a plus• Strong communication abilities and confidence during calls• Eagerness to engage with clients and achieve targets• Experience in sales or call center roles is a beneficial asset• Possess a responsible and results-driven mindset
