Role Overview
LENKEP is a recruitment agency with over 7 years of experience in sourcing specialists for the iGaming, Fintech, Crypto, and Gamedev sectors. We are actively growing and seeking a talented designer to shape our brand's visual identity, from developing creative assets to designing conference materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Create static and animated creatives, adapting them for various formats• Support SMM activities: design posts, stories, and covers for reels• Develop engaging presentations and clear infographics• Prepare layouts for exhibition stands, banners, and navigation for conferences, ensuring print readiness• Design corporate merchandise• Maintain and evolve the brand book and design system in Figma• Create templates and guidelines to streamline team workflows
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of design experience and a portfolio showcasing your work• Proficient in Figma: expert handling of layouts, components, and libraries• Understanding of print preparation principles (CMYK, bleed)• Ability to create precise animations and clear infographics• High level of autonomy: capable of understanding tasks and delivering results• Experience with AI tools• Bonus skills: experience with Tilda layout, proficiency in After Effects, Jitter, or other motion design tools, basic video editing skills
