Role Overview
The Growth Manager at 01.tech is responsible for comprehensive project management, from initial launch to achieving final results. This role involves deep immersion in processes and strategic planning to ensure successful task execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading projects through all stages, from launch to successful completion
• Building effective communication within the team and with all stakeholders
• Planning and strictly controlling project budgets
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring high quality of task execution
• Forecasting potential risks and resolving non-standard cases
• Analyzing results and preparing detailed reports
• Fostering an atmosphere of high engagement and motivation within the team
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience managing digital projects and their business metrics
• Practical experience launching teams, initiatives, or businesses from scratch
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more people
• Strong communication skills
• Active use of AI as a professional tool
• Ability to reasonably prioritize tasks
• Strong sense of responsibility and business-oriented mindset
• High results orientation and full dedication without combining roles
