Role Overview
Megapari is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can launch viral campaigns, identify unconventional growth opportunities, and scale organic traffic across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch viral marketing campaigns;• Develop organic growth through UGC, creator, and community marketing;• Scale presence on platforms like Telegram, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and others;• Utilize AI tools for content creation and scaling;• Generate growth hypotheses, rapidly test, and scale successful mechanics.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Possess proven cases of organic growth and viral launches;• Independently launch marketing campaigns, not just manage contractors;• Work hands-on and rapidly test hypotheses;• Experience in interactive entertainment, crypto, Web3, gaming, or other highly competitive niches will be an advantage.
