Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Affiliate Marketing for a digital entertainment product. This role is for a strong, independent specialist who can develop the affiliate direction, strengthen the team, scale the partner network, and build efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing the affiliate direction, scaling the partner network, and establishing processes• Strengthening and managing the team, working with SEO, Influence, PR, and other non-paid channels• Strong analytical skills and results-orientation driven by data
Requirements & Qualifications
• Mandatory experience in the digital entertainment industry and managing a team of affiliate managers• Experience with Tier-2/3 GEOs, as well as launching and scaling affiliate directions in fast-growing products, will be a plus
