Role Overview
A product-oriented, accredited IT company with an international B2C financial trading platform is seeking a strong leader to head its Influence and Marketing Production departments. This role is for an experienced manager who can scale partner and influencer initiatives, effectively manage distributed teams, and be responsible for results at the strategic, process, and key metric levels.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop the influence and partner marketing direction within an international company.
• Identify, onboard, and activate strong influencers and partners in target regions.
• Manage the collection and structuring of contact databases using Modash.io and similar tools.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, providing them with content, support, and motivation.
• Daily monitor partner effectiveness and identify opportunities for scaling.
• Analyze successful promotional mechanics and disseminate best practices across regions.
• Manage key KPIs: daily activity, conversion rates through the influencer acquisition funnel, reactivation, and retention metrics.
• Coordinate the work of teams in different regions and ensure process synchronization.
• Mentor, develop, and evaluate the performance of affiliate/partner managers and regional teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the department's results.
• Utilize analytics to identify weak areas, growth points, and the most effective activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience managing distributed teams of 7+ people.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in high-risk digital verticals is mandatory.
• Experience working with Tier 3 countries will be a priority.
• Strong negotiation and partnership building skills.
• Pronounced leadership qualities, systematic approach, and responsibility for results.
• Understanding of how influence and affiliate directions scale in international products.
• Plus points: experience in an influencer marketing agency, experience working in affiliate networks, experience building and developing international teams in a performance environment.
