Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead the development of our digital gaming platforms division. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the performance marketing strategy, driving user acquisition in CIS markets, and building and managing the affiliate team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the affiliate strategy for the digital gaming platforms division
• Drive traffic acquisition in CIS countries
• Identify, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners
• Manage the existing partner base
• Determine the most effective traffic sources and acquisition models
• Test new channels, formats, and partner activities
• Negotiate with major partners, webmasters, teams, and networks
• Monitor the quality, volume, and effectiveness of acquired traffic
• Analyze FTD, deposits, retention, and other key metrics
• Establish KPI and motivation systems for the affiliate marketing team
• Set up and optimize internal processes
• Recruit and develop the team as the division scales
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Head of Affiliates in an interactive digital entertainment product for 1-2 years
• Deep understanding of affiliate acquisition in CIS markets
• An active personal database of partners and webmasters
• Ability to independently build a division and be responsible for results
• Strong negotiation and management skills
• Understanding of affiliate platforms, postback, tracking, and analytics
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
