Role Overview
The company is seeking a Head of Business Development to build and grow the Business Development function and commercial strategy from the ground up. This role involves shaping the product's value proposition, leading outbound sales, developing partnerships, and fully managing the B2B sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Building and developing the Business Development function and commercial strategy from scratch• Forming and strengthening the product's value proposition and market positioning• Independently leading outbound sales and developing partnerships in the early stages• Full management of the B2B sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and deal closing• Building scalable sales processes, pipeline, reporting, and commercial infrastructure• Identifying and developing new growth opportunities in EU and CIS markets• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key players in the digital entertainment industry• Close collaboration with the Founder on commercial development and strategy• Representing the company at international industry events (ICE, SiGMA, etc.)
Requirements & Qualifications
• Strong experience in B2B Business Development / Sales leadership within the interactive digital products sector• Hands-on approach and readiness to personally participate in sales• Successful experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles• Deep understanding of the interactive digital products market and decision-making structures• Strong strategic and operational skills• Fluent in English and Russian• Possessing a personal network of contacts in the digital entertainment industry
