Role Overview
A large-scale media ecosystem developing several areas: streaming, proprietary digital gaming projects, VIP client management, and long-term integrations with digital entertainment operators. The role's focus is to move away from manual management in Telegram/Google Sheets and build a systematic commercial department from scratch (implementing CRM, KPIs, reporting), while simultaneously increasing revenue through long-term contracts. This position involves managing the entire commercial block (6-7 people).

Requirements & Qualifications
