Role Overview

An international product company in the interactive entertainment sector with a presence in the markets of Turkey, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We are looking for a Head of CRM to lead the department and be responsible for developing strategy and growing key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategy and retention plans. • Set and achieve KPIs for key metrics (gaming platforms / sports analytics). • Plan and launch promotional campaigns, analyze their effectiveness. • Optimize user lifecycle and retention. • Manage the team and develop the CRM department.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Head of CRM / CRM Lead in the interactive entertainment sector. • Experience in team management and building CRM processes. • Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM metrics. • Strategic thinking and results orientation.
