Role Overview

A rapidly growing digital entertainment project in an active re-launch phase, targeting an international audience. The product operates entirely within the crypto segment and is built on startup culture principles: ownership, autonomy, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM / Retention strategy: onboarding → retention → reactivation → VIP. • Set up and manage CRM flows in Smartico: automations, segmentation, trigger chains, loyalty mechanics. • Launch and manage campaigns via Email, Push (web/mobile), Telegram, Pop-up, In-app Inbox. • Independently create CRM content: emails, banners, pop-ups, promo-texts. • Set up domain warm-up, manage deliverability, domain and IP reputation. • Work with analytics, BI reports, and automated reports. • Conduct A/B tests and optimize retention metrics. • Develop loyalty mechanics (free spins, cashback, reload, missions, etc.) considering bonus economics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in iGaming / crypto digital entertainment projects. • Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto projects. • Experience working with a successful and scalable product. • Hands-on experience with Smartico for at least 6 months. • Deep understanding of CRM metrics: LTV, ARPU, retention rate, cohort analysis. • Strong analytical skills and understanding of bonus economy. • Fluent English (oral and written). • Autonomy, ownership, and willingness to work hands-on.
