Role Overview
We are a performance marketing team scaling traffic in the crypto vertical and actively growing. We are looking for a Head of Finance to build a strong financial function, become a financial partner to the CEO, and help streamline the company's financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and develop the company's financial function: establish processes, regulations, and efficient work for the financial team.• Implement a transparent management reporting system (P&L, Cash Flow, OPEX), budgeting, and financial control.• Analyze business effectiveness: calculate unit economics, conduct plan-fact analysis, control expenses, and identify growth points.• Automate financial processes: develop ERP, dashboards, and minimize manual accounting in collaboration with the IT team.• Act as a financial partner to the CEO and top management, ensuring financial transparency, control of crypto assets, and support for business scaling.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as Head of Finance / CFO / Finance Team Lead in Payment\Finance departments for 2+ years.• Experience in performance marketing is mandatory!• Excellent understanding of management accounting, budgeting, P&L, Cash Flow, and unit economics.• Experience in building or transforming a financial function.• Experience in managing a team of financiers.• Experience with cryptocurrency, multi-currency reporting, and international settlements will be a significant advantage.
