Role Overview
We are a rapidly growing Digital Media Buying project operating in a highly competitive digital environment. We are currently seeking a Head of HR who understands the specifics of the Digital Media Buying / Affiliate / interactive entertainment market, can work at high speed, and is capable of influencing not only recruitment but also business effectiveness through people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct an audit of current HR processes and deeply immerse yourself in Digital Media Buying business metrics;• Develop and implement an HR strategy for scaling tasks;• Build a talent map and a systematic process for hunting strong specialists;• Ensure fast and high-quality recruitment;• Establish processes for employee adaptation, retention, and development;• Work on retaining top performers and reducing the risk of losing key employees;• Develop managerial skills of leaders: help build management, prioritization, and teamwork;• Develop internal training and performance management tools;• Strengthen the company's Employer Brand in the Digital Media Buying market to attract strong candidates.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in HR / People Management;• Experience in Digital Media Buying / Affiliate / performance-driven digital business;• Strong experience in recruitment and building hiring processes in a competitive environment;• Understanding of performance management: KPI, performance evaluation, retention, feedback cycles;• Experience with HR and business metrics (hiring funnel, conversion rates, retention, performance);• Skill in building HR processes in rapidly scaling conditions;• Ability to be a business partner, not just an operational HR;• Experience in developing managerial skills for managers.
