Role Overview
An international company in the field of digital entertainment and affiliate marketing, developing its own digital directions. The company is in an active development phase, launching and scaling new projects, including a mobile game rental service.
Key Responsibilities
• Build the mobile game rental service development direction from scratch;• Form and develop the team;• Independently participate in development and technical decision-making;• Establish internal team processes and organize effective collaboration;• Develop direction development plans and define KPIs;• Monitor the achievement of set goals and the quality of task implementation;• Actively participate in product development during its scaling phase.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a development manager in a similar application rental service (PWA);• Practical experience with iOS applications or experience managing mobile development, including iOS and Android;• Experience working in the digital entertainment industry;• Understanding of performance marketing specifics;• Readiness to combine managerial tasks with hands-on work;• Structured approach, organization, and high level of responsibility.
